The course imparts a profound understanding of the chemical, biophysical, molecular, cytobiological and biotechnological disciplines of life sciences. At the University of Salzburg the degree course offers lectures and seminars analysing complex cellular interactions related to cellular stress response, ageing and regeneration. Moreover, there are seminars on the analysis of proteomes, systems biology, and functional analysis in model systems.
