This study programme is only available in German. --> Graduates of the teacher training master’s degree programme in English will have detailed knowledge of theories relevant to the professional field and be able to apply them autonomously in their professional practice and to systematically and purposefully plan and carry out complex larger-scale teaching sequences on the basis of international and national framework conditions (e.g. Austrian curricula, national standards). Moreover, they will be able to critically select teaching materials and to produce materials for their own school placement themselves and to use them in lessons in a methodically competent way. They will be able to design lessons in a differentiated manner by being able to specifically respond to the special circumstances and needs of the practice schools, the pupils and different extracurricular learning groups.
