This study programme is only available in German. --> In the degree programme the students will expand their expertise in cultural studies by deepening the theoretical foundations and fields of cultural studies. Moreover, the degree programme provides key qualifications in the subject area of "Knowledge communication, curating and cultural management". The degree programme aims to promote critical creativity, to reflect on the central importance of culture for society and to show perspectives that open up new scope for thought and action in view of the fundamental structural change in society. The degree programme imparts methodological skills to think and work successfully in a transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary manner. In particular, students will learn how to reflect, analyse and operationalise different theories, different paradigms as well as methodologically different settings on a meta-level with a focus on culture. In addition to high reflective competence and analytical-creative scepticism the degree programme imparts extensive intercultural skills.
