Safety in the Food Chain

This study programme is only available in German. --> SIFC graduates will possess highly specialised theoretical and practical knowledge that will enable them to analyse and evaluate different problems in connection with food safety on a technical and on a social level, to communicate these on an (inter)national level and to establish connections with the latest findings in the field of food safety. They will have knowledge of how food is produced and how the subject area of food safety can be organised, implemented and thus guaranteed on an international and interdisciplinary basis. They will also be able to use this knowledge to independently develop and implement or apply ideas and have developed a critical awareness of this in order to be able to react adequately to problems.
