This study programme is only available in German. --> “Natural Resources Management and Ecological Engineering” is an interdisciplinary, strongly internationally oriented double degree programme. It contains contents of the fields of land and water management, mountain risk engineering, forestry, and environmental and (bio) resources management. Moreover aspects of social sciences, law and economic sciences are included in the teaching. One focus is on nature-related process knowledge, which is important both for management and engineering tasks. In specific, qualifications in integral risk management, environmental engineering, nature protection and wildlife management as well as international economic management and sustainability are taught. Graduates can use their expertise especially also in international environmental associations and organisations, e.g. the European Commission, but also in planning offices and in teaching and research. The medium of instruction is English.
